What happens in our classes?
Each term of twelve weeks includes training segments pertaining to employment such as how to locate         potential jobs, resume writing, interview skills, workplace behavior, and appropriate dress.  Women are also taught life skills such as wise decision making, setting SMART goals, and creating a mental and spiritual state of hope and healing.  They will be introduced to Biblical women role models and God’s promise for their lives. Participants are paired with women mentors for encouragement accountability, and assistance in setting and reaching their goals.
