The main topic of discussion at the July 21^st Session meeting was church music now that Lea Jolley has left New Hope.  The choir met with the Session to discuss the direction of the music program moving forward.  It was decided that, for now, we will not replace the choir director.  There will not be a regular anthem each week.  Instead, there may be an extra hymn or some special music or, periodically, an anthem by the choir.  Janet Geerlings will lead the hymns.  The Session will continue to evaluate the program, so if you have suggestions or concerns please let a Session member know.
